About the Role

We're looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Account Executive to join our growing sales team. As one of our first sales hires, you'll have a massive impact on our go-to-market strategy and help shape the future of how we sell.

You'll own the full sales cycle—from identifying and prospecting new opportunities to conducting demos, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. You'll be selling to HR leaders, People Operations teams, and executives at mid-market and enterprise companies who are looking to transform their employee onboarding experience.

This is a ground-floor opportunity at a fast-growing startup. You'll work directly with the founders, have significant equity upside, and play a key role in building our sales playbook from the ground up.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and networking
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to understand customer needs and showcase RampRight's value
  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to key stakeholders
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and identify new market opportunities
  • Provide feedback to product team based on customer conversations and market insights
  • Track all activities and maintain accurate forecasts in our CRM
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably selling to HR or People teams
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Genuine interest in HR tech, employee experience, and the future of work

Nice to Have

  • Experience at an early-stage startup (Seed to Series B)
  • Background selling onboarding, HRIS, or employee engagement software
  • Existing network of HR and People Operations contacts
  • Experience building sales processes and playbooks from scratch
