About RampRight
Companies don’t have a training problem. They have an execution visibility problem.
Why we exist
One question leadership can’t answer.
Companies spend enormous amounts hiring, onboarding, training and managing people. They launch products, reorganize teams and promote leaders. And yet, when it matters, leadership still struggles to answer a basic question:
“Are our people actually ready to execute?”
The systems they have were built to record participation. Courses completed, sessions attended, check-ins logged. None of that tells you whether someone can perform the critical parts of their role, at the expected standard, on their own. By the time results reveal the answer, the quarter is gone.
We’re building RampRight to help organizations answer that question, and act before execution gaps become business problems.
What we believe
Principles we build by.
Evidence over activity
Completion, attendance and clicks are easy to count. We measure what people can actually do, and show the evidence behind every judgment.
Transparency
Employees, managers and leaders see the same expectations and the same evidence. Nobody is rated by a black box.
Support the employee
Readiness data exists to get people the right help sooner, not to catch them out. Every gap we surface should come with a path forward.
Impact, not effort
The measure of a manager or a program is whether people got better. We hold our own product to the same standard.
Know whether your organization is ready to execute.
See readiness. Understand risk. Know where to act.
